nymanjens/quizmasterWhat is quizmaster?
Quizmaster is a self-hosted web application for running live quizzes. The quizmaster creates questions, choices, answers, and media (images, audio, video) in a YAML configuration file. Players join via a web page to submit answers in real time. The quizmaster controls the flow from a master page with keyboard shortcuts for navigation, timer control, and media playback. The software runs on Java 11 (JDK 11) and can be installed from a prebuilt zip release or via Docker Compose using the published image nymanjens/quizmaster:latest. It listens on port 9000 by default. No user authentication system is included; quizmaster access is protected by a configurable masterSecret. The project has no declared license (NOASSERTION).
