What is NovoSGA?
NovoSGA is a customer queue management system developed since 2012 as a modern alternative to SGA Livre. It provides ticket queue management with priority handling, scheduling with time tolerance, configurable queue ordering, user-specific behavior overrides, and over 25 UI themes. The system is built on PHP 8.2+ and Symfony 7.4, using Doctrine ORM for database persistence and OAuth2 for authentication. It supports Portuguese, English, and Spanish translations. Installation is via Composer, and it's used by public agencies, state-owned companies, and businesses worldwide. The project is maintained by Mangati and the NovoSGA community.
