What is OpenSupports?

OpenSupports is an open-source helpdesk ticket system for managing customer support inquiries. Customers submit tickets through a web form or user account, and staff handle them in an admin panel with departments, custom response templates, statistics, and multi-language support (14 languages). The software runs on a standard LAMP stack (PHP 7.x, MySQL 4.1+, Apache 2.4+) and installs via a downloadable zip and web-based wizard. A hosted SaaS version is also offered for a subscription fee. Licensed under GPL-3.0. The last release was v4.11.0 in January 2022, and PHP 8 is not yet supported.
