What is EpicStaff?

EpicStaff lets operations teams build and govern AI agent workflows through a drag-and-drop visual editor backed by Django. Engineers connect internal systems via MCP and Python, while operators configure and review flows. The platform supports multi-agent collaboration, GraphRAG over uploaded documents, dual-layer agent memory kept in a PostgreSQL database with pgvector and Redis, and full audit trails that attribute every prompt and tool call to named principals. Authentication includes built-in RBAC plus LDAP, OIDC, and SAML integration. Additional capabilities include webhook triggers, voice agents, human-in-the-loop controls, custom Python tools, code execution within nodes, web scraping, image generation, and introspective flow documentation. Deployment uses Docker Compose with services for the Django app, realtime WebSockets, agent execution, crew orchestration, sandboxed code execution, knowledge search, RustFS object storage, and nginx reverse proxy. The software is source-available under PolyForm Perimeter 1.0.0 with a free Community tier and paid Enterprise/Defence tiers for compliance, indemnity, and air-gap deployments.
