ghcr.io/vesaias/jobnavigator-backendWhat is JobNavigator?
JobNavigator is a self-hosted job-hunt automation platform for individuals or households (up to five accounts). It finds jobs by scraping career pages using Playwright with 12 ATS handlers, plus aggregators like JobSpy, Apify, LinkedIn collections, and niche boards, along with a Chrome extension for passive LinkedIn capture. Jobs are deduplicated, filtered, enriched with H-1B company data and salary details, then scored against your résumés using various LLMs with two depth levels. Résumés can be customized per job with 8 PDF templates and DOCX export; cover letters are generated from the résumé and persona with 7 templates. Applications are tracked through stages, interviews, and notes, with funnel and Sankey charts. Unique tracer links record when résumés or letters are opened. Gmail polling detects replies and updates status automatically. Telegram sends job alerts, daily digests, and scrape health notices. Scheduling uses intervals and cron expressions for scraping, email, backups, cleanup, and auto-reject. Five themes each support light, dark, and system modes. Runs via Docker Compose with PostgreSQL 16, Caddy, and nginx; prebuilt images on GHCR. MIT licensed.
