What is payram-mcp?
PayRam MCP Server is a TypeScript-based Model Context Protocol server that enables AI agents to autonomously set up and operate a self-hosted crypto payment gateway. The server exposes tools for installation planning, diagnostics, admin tasks, and daily operations. It connects to a PayRam gateway deployed on your own VPS which accepts stablecoins and crypto across multiple chains. Key differentiators include no signup or KYC requirements, deposit keys never stored on the server (smart contracts enforce cold wallet sweeps), signed webhooks, and card-to-crypto checkout. The MCP server runs locally on port 3333 and can also be used via a hosted endpoint. Requires Node.js 22+ and yarn.
