What is Mission Control?
Mission Control is a self-hosted command center for managing AI agents as a solo entrepreneur. It provides an Eisenhower priority matrix with drag-and-drop, a Kanban board for workflow tracking, goal hierarchies with milestones, a brain dump for quick idea capture, and a crew of six built-in agent roles (Researcher, Developer, Marketer, Business Analyst, Tester, plus a human 'Me' role) that can be extended with custom agents. Agents interact through a token-optimized REST API (92% context compression) and a local JSON file store — no database required. The Autonomous Daemon runs in the background, polling for tasks and spawning Claude Code sessions with concurrency limits, retry logic, loop detection, and cost tracking. Field Ops adds external action execution with 64 pre-configured services, three working adapters (X, Ethereum with MetaMask, Reddit), an AES-256-GCM encrypted vault, spend limits, circuit breakers, and three autonomy levels. The web UI runs on Next.js 15 with Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui, accessible at localhost:3000. Installation requires Node.js 20+, pnpm 9+, and optionally Claude Code for agent execution. Licensed AGPL-3.0 with commercial licensing available.
