What is ITOps Agent Platform?
ITOps Agent Platform is an enterprise-grade, self-hosted AIOps platform that uses multiple AI agents to automate IT operations. It covers the complete incident lifecycle: receiving alerts from Prometheus/Zabbix via webhook, AI-powered root cause analysis, automatic fix command generation, human-in-the-loop (HITL) approval via WeChat/DingTalk/email, SSH-based automated execution, and result verification. The platform also provides visual workflow orchestration, Web SSH terminal, unified container/VM/Kubernetes management, network device monitoring via SNMP (17 vendor adapters), data center infrastructure modeling with 3D visualization, IP/VLAN management, and a knowledge base with RAG. It supports multiple LLM providers (Doubao, DeepSeek, Qwen, OpenAI, Ollama) with model pooling and failover. Deployment is via Docker Compose or a one-click script. The backend uses Node.js/Express/TypeScript with SQLite (better-sqlite3, WAL mode), React 18/TypeScript frontend, and Socket.io for real-time updates. Licensed under MPL-2.0 (code after 2026-05-27) with restrictions on commercial SaaS resale.
