ghcr.io/doudou770/flyreq-image-studioWhat is FlyReq Image Studio?
FlyReq Image Studio is a self-hosted AI creative workspace for generating images and videos. It provides a Next.js 16 + React 19 frontend (static export as PWA) backed by a lightweight Node.js server with SQLite and WebSocket for task queuing and real-time updates. The platform supports multiple AI model providers including Google Gemini, OpenAI GPT Image 2, xAI Grok, and New API compatible services for both image and video generation. Key capabilities include text-to-image, image-to-image, agent-based multi-turn generation, reverse prompt engineering, GIF generation, and an infinite canvas workspace. It offers a prompt gallery, asset management, dark/light theme switching, responsive design for desktop/tablet/mobile, and one-click backup/restore of local configuration. Deployment options include Docker Compose (using ghcr.io/doudou770/flyreq-image-studio:latest), local production deployment with Node.js 20/22, and development mode. The project is licensed under AGPL-3.0.

FAQ
Supports New API generic video protocol, OpenAI Videos (Sora), and xAI Videos with configurable durations, resolutions, and aspect ratios.
New API
Cloudflare or Nginx may terminate long-running requests. Use Docker internal network addresses for New API and enable streaming image requests in the model settings.
Tasks expire after 12 hours. The frontend calls `/ack` to extend TTL by 2 minutes after receiving results.
On first deploy the database is created automatically. To preserve task data, back up `flyreq-tasks.sqlite` (including WAL/SHM) and `flyreq-images/`.
The UI can open but task submission, Agent, and history sync all depend on `/api/flyreq/*` endpoints which require running `server.js`.
The project uses `output: 'export'` for static export. The `server.js` serves both static files and the task API, so `next start` is not needed.
