What is recipe-buddy?

Recipe Buddy is a self-hosted web application that extracts structured recipe data from web pages using schema.org/Recipe metadata. It presents the scraped recipe and lets you match each ingredient to a product in your Grocy inventory with the correct quantity unit, then pushes the complete recipe to Grocy for meal planning. The v2 release runs as a single Docker container with an embedded SQLite database, replacing the earlier MongoDB and Nest.js stack. It uses Next.js with NextAuth for authentication and requires a Grocy instance with an API key to function.
