What is jellyfin-rewind?

Jellyfin Rewind is a web-based application that connects to your Jellyfin media server to analyze your music listening history and generate a personalized year-in-review report similar to Spotify Wrapped. It fetches your music data from Jellyfin, processes it locally in your browser, and presents statistics like top artists, tracks, genres, and listening patterns. The app is designed for Jellyfin users who want an annual music recap. It can be used via hosted instances (HTTP/HTTPS) for internet-accessible Jellyfin servers, or self-hosted via Docker or static files for local-network-only Jellyfin instances. The project releases annual versions (2023, 2024, 2025) and is built with Svelte, TypeScript, and Deno, served via nginx in the Docker image. No user authentication system exists in the app itself — it uses your Jellyfin credentials to fetch data. Data never leaves your browser.
