What is blink?
Blink enables teams to run AI agents on their own hardware. The platform ships with Scout, a ready-made agent for programming tasks and code exploration that can be extended with custom tools. Developers can also write entirely new agents in TypeScript using the provided SDK. A web interface lets users chat with agents, while observability features show logs and traces. Agents run inside Docker containers, and the system works with any LLM provider including self-hosted models. The server requires Node.js 22+ or Bun plus Docker. The project is in early access and not actively maintained.
