bfabiszewski/uloggerWhat is ulogger-server?
μlogger server is an open-source web application for collecting geolocation data in real time and for viewing and managing the resulting tracks. It pairs with the dedicated μlogger Android client to form a complete self-hosted solution for logging and monitoring locations. Features include live tracking, track statistics, an altitude graph, multiple users with authentication, a simple admin menu, preferences kept in cookies, map display via Google Maps or OpenLayers (OpenStreetMap and other layers), exporting tracks to GPX and KML, and importing tracks from GPX. It runs as a classic PHP application: the stated minimum is PHP 5.5 with the ctype, json, pdo, session, simplexml and xmlwriter extensions, backed by a database of your choice (MySQL, PostgreSQL or SQLite) accessed through PDO, plus a JavaScript-capable browser with cookies enabled. Self-hosting is documented through a manual install (copy files to a web server, fill in database credentials in config.php, run the bundled setup script) or via the Docker image bfabiszewski/ulogger, though the author notes the container was built for development and testing and is not production ready. A public demo runs at ulogger.lima.zone.
