What is PlexAniSync?

PlexAniSync is a Python-based synchronization tool that connects Plex Media Server anime libraries with AniList. It syncs watched episodes from Plex to AniList, supports custom anime mappings for complex series like split seasons, can convert Plex star ratings to AniList scores, and offers a Tautulli integration for real-time sync on playback stop. It runs as a scheduled script via cron, systemd timer, or Windows Task, or as a Docker container. Requires Python 3.9+, a Plex authentication token, and an AniList access token (valid for one year).
