bigbluebutton/greenlight:v3What is Greenlight?
Greenlight is a self-hosted web application that serves as a frontend for BigBlueButton video conferencing servers. It lets organizations deploy a complete conferencing platform with local user authentication, OpenID Connect integration for external identity providers (Keycloak recommended), an administrator panel, custom relative URL paths, and avatar retrieval via Keycloak. Greenlight v3 uses Ruby on Rails and React. Installation options include the bbb-install script for co-located BigBlueButton setups or the gl-install.sh script for standalone servers, both deploying via Docker Compose with PostgreSQL and Redis. The app listens on port 3000 in the container and is licensed under LGPL-3.0.
