Downtify is a self-hosted music downloader that fetches metadata from Spotify's public embed pages, matches audio from YouTube Music, downloads with yt-dlp and ffmpeg, and tags files with mutagen. It includes a full-screen web player with synced lyrics, sleep timer, and equalizer; playlist monitoring for Spotify and YouTube Music playlists and artists; Deezer-powered charts, similar tracks, and Finder browsing; podcast subscriptions via RSS, Spotify, or name; multi-user accounts with admin controls and activity logs; a Progressive Web App for mobile installation; and integrations with slskd for Soulseek downloads and Navidrome for playlist mirroring. It runs in a single Docker container with persistent volumes for downloads and data.
