nickheyer/discopanelWhat is DiscoPanel?
DiscoPanel is a web-based control panel for running Minecraft servers. Every server operates inside its own Docker container, supporting vanilla, Forge, Fabric, Paper, Spigot and other mod loaders with automatic Java version selection. A smart proxy enables hostname-based routing so multiple servers share a single port. It includes CurseForge and Modrinth modpack integration, live console access with log streaming, RCON support, role-based authentication (Admin, Editor, Viewer) with OIDC support for Keycloak, Authelia, and Authentik, per-server memory limits with JVM flag optimization, and automatic cleanup of orphaned containers. It runs via Docker or Docker Compose and provides a REST API for automation.
Should you self-host DiscoPanel?
DiscoPanel scores 48/100 on selfhost.directory (how scoring works) and ranks #39 of 62 in Game Servers. It has 357 GitHub stars.
There was no stable release in the past 12 months, so check the repository's recent activity before you rely on it.
Setup is moderate: expect some configuration beyond a single command. An official Docker image is available. It is MIT-licensed and written mostly in Svelte.
