What is DAViCal?

DAViCal is a CalDAV server for calendar sharing implemented as a PHP web application that stores calendaring resources in iCalendar format. The project was created by Andrew McMillan and released under the GNU General Public License. It supports multiple users accessing shared calendars, delegation of read/write permissions between users, meeting scheduling with free/busy time display, and backward-compatible WebDAV access. The application relies on PostgreSQL for data storage and requires a web server capable of running PHP.
