What is Bramble?

A password manager keeping secrets on your own devices across browsers, desktop, and mobile platforms. No account or server storing vaults, no company can breach. Direct peer-to-peer synchronization keeps all devices in sync end-to-end encrypted. Stores logins, payment cards, secure notes, SSH keys, passkeys, and TOTP codes. Uses Argon2id key derivation with AES-256-GCM encryption. Unlock via master password, YubiKey hardware tokens, Face ID, Touch ID, Android biometrics, or recovery codes.

FAQ

Does anything get sent to your servers?

By default nothing leaves your device. Two optional features make connections: breach check using k-anonymity and sync relay helping devices connect.
