thejf/antennasWhat is antennas?
Antennas is a JavaScript port of tvhProxy that acts as a DVR emulator for Plex DVR, allowing it to connect to Tvheadend by emulating the HDHomeRun API. It translates Tvheadend's API into the HDHomeRun format that Plex expects. The software can be deployed via Docker containers, pre-built binaries for multiple platforms, or run directly with Node.js. Configuration is done through a config.yml file or environment variables including TVHEADEND_URL, TUNER_COUNT, ANTENNAS_URL, and optional TVHEADEND_STREAM_URL for Docker networking. The project is licensed under MIT and last updated in April 2023. Note that Docker deployment has a known limitation with Plex discovery functionality.
