What is abs-kosync-bridge?

BookBridge synchronizes your reading and listening position across multiple apps and devices. It connects Audiobookshelf, KOReader, Grimmory, BookOrbit, Kavita, Calibre-Web Automated, Storyteller, BookFusion, Readest, Hardcover, and StoryGraph. The bridge aligns audio to text using built-in forced alignment (CPU-only QuartzNet) with automatic fallbacks, so no external services are needed. A web dashboard lets you track syncs, match books, and configure integrations. Multiple readers each get their own sign-in and progress isolation. It runs via docker-compose, exposes ports 5757 and optionally 5758, and all setup happens in the web UI after first boot. Actively maintained with regular releases under MIT license.
