What is Ezarr?
Ezarr simplifies deploying a full-featured media center by generating a customized Docker Compose stack and handling the underlying user, group, and directory permission setup. It includes the *arr applications (Sonarr, Radarr, Lidarr, Bazarr, Mylar3, Sportarr, Audiobookshelf), indexers (Prowlarr, Jackett, FlareSolverr), download clients (qBittorrent, SABnzbd), media servers (Plex, Jellyfin), request tools (Overseerr, Jellyseerr), monitoring (Tautulli), and a dashboard (Homarr). The CLI guides you through selecting services, then writes a docker-compose.yml and optionally runs a setup script that creates dedicated system users (UIDs 13001–13015), a shared mediacenter group, and the required directory tree under a configurable ROOT_DIR. It follows TRaSH guidelines for hardlink-friendly paths. The project targets Linux (tested on Ubuntu) and requires Python 3, Docker, and Docker Compose v2. No web UI of its own — it is a one-time setup helper, not a running service.

How to update containers
Run the update_containers.sh script which pulls latest images, recreates containers, and prunes old images. Or manually run docker compose pull, docker compose up -d, and docker image prune.
