What is groupoffice?

This platform from Dutch vendor Intermesh delivers a full office suite for businesses and public-sector teams. It bundles an email client with S/MIME support, shared calendars and address books, file storage with WebDAV access, and browser-based document co-editing through Collabora Online or OnlyOffice. Video meetings use Jitsi Meet, while team chat runs on Rocket.Chat. Project tools cover milestones, tasks, time tracking, and reporting. Quoting and invoicing include online payment gateways and e-invoicing formats. A no-code Studio module lets administrators build custom forms and workflows. The Community edition is free under AGPL-3.0; Professional and add-on packs add ticketing, advanced billing, and Studio under a commercial license. Deployment options include Docker Compose, Docker CLI, Debian/Ubuntu packages, or a tarball, all backed by MariaDB. Mobile and desktop clients connect via IMAP, ActiveSync, CalDAV, CardDAV, and WebDAV.
