What is CC Our Story?
CC Our Story is a self-hosted web app for couples to build their own private digital space. It runs on ASP.NET Core with SQLite and needs only modest hardware (1 core, 2 GB RAM). Features include a timeline for photos and notes, anniversary reminders, a wish shop where partners trade virtual coins for real favors, a guestbook for both members and visitors, push and email alerts, content locking, and an optional AI ambience group that comments on posts via any OpenAI-compatible API. The UI offers light/dark themes, lazy-loaded WebP images with a lightbox viewer, and can store uploads locally or on Aliyun OSS. You can deploy it with Docker Compose, as a standalone .NET binary, or via systemd. The system has exactly two accounts (boy/girl) and identifies guests by browser fingerprint instead of registration.
