## Description

Vibe AStock is a self-hosted desktop application for China A-share traders that combines real-time market monitoring, sentiment analysis, AI-assisted review workflows, and a personal trading journal. It provides 182 data endpoints across 35 layers, including 14 short-term specific endpoints for limit-up ladders, sector rotation, and intraday sentiment tracking. The app runs locally on Windows, macOS, or Linux via source code (Node.js 22+, Python 3.11+) or portable packages, and can also be deployed on a cloud server for remote access. It integrates with AI providers including Claude Code, Codex, WorkBuddy subscriptions, or any Chat Completions-compatible model API (DeepSeek, Qwen, Kimi, etc.). All trading data, journals, and research stay on the user's machine — nothing is sent to AI unless explicitly chosen. Features include a 10-section dashboard (home, live monitoring, sentiment review, trading journal, industry news/research, stock deep-dive, backtesting, watchlist/portfolio, research library, AI connection), automated daily reminders via system notifications or Feishu/WeCom/DingTalk, and an MCP interface for use from Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor. The project is licensed Apache-2.0 and actively developed with v2.1.2 released October 2026.
