## Description

urlwatch monitors webpages and notifies users when they change, providing URLs and unified diffs of modifications. Created by Thomas Perl, it serves system administrators and power users tracking webpage updates across multiple URLs. Run as a Python package installed via pip, configured with YAML files, and supports notifications through email SMTP/sendmail, plus numerous third-party services including Telegram, Slack, Pushover, Discord, Mattermost, Matrix, IFTTT, ntfy, and Gotify.
