## Description

A transportation management platform for US asset-based trucking carriers that handles the complete order-to-cash workflow. It covers shipment creation, dispatch operations, driver allocation, rate calculation, invoice generation, payment settlement, general ledger accounting, and regulatory compliance. The software is distributed under the Functional Source License (FSL-1.1-ALv2), which permits self-hosting and code modification but prohibits offering it as a hosted service. Every release automatically transitions to Apache 2.0 after a two-year period. The system runs on a Linux host using Docker Compose with a stack comprising Go, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, React, Meilisearch, Redis, Temporal, and S3-compatible object storage. Notable features include AI-driven dispatch optimization, automated extraction of data from shipping documents and delivery receipts, EDI transaction processing, integration with Samsara telematics, PC*MILER mileage calculations, AS2 protocol support, OpenID Connect authentication, and a dedicated mobile application for drivers. Currently in pre-release (version 0.x) and not recommended for production use. The self-hosted edition provides all capability packs without charge, while a managed cloud offering uses tiered pricing with usage quotas.
