## Description

A lightweight asynchronous Telegram API server written in PHP that enables running bot and user accounts on your own infrastructure. It exposes all Telegram API methods through a REST interface supporting JSON POST and URL-encoded GET parameters. The application uses an event-driven architecture with websocket notifications for real-time updates and can send error alerts to designated notification channels.
