## Description

QGIS Web Client is a modular web GIS application built with React and OpenLayers that publishes QGIS projects to the web. It connects to QGIS Server and provides a responsive map interface with thematic views, layer management, feature identification, and measurement tools. Users can import external WMS, WFS, GeoJSON, KML, and Shapefile layers. Search capabilities include unified full-text search, QGIS feature search forms, and dynamic map filtering. The platform supports routing with isochrones, temporal data visualization, and sensor data from SensorThings APIs. Output features include PDF and Geo-PDF printing from QGIS layouts, atlas printing, map export in multiple formats, and templated feature reports. Editing capabilities cover PostGIS geometry and attribute editing, advanced forms based on QGIS configurations, attribute tables with bulk operations, and third-party integration via WebSocket. 3D visualization handles terrain, 3D Tiles, draped layers, urban planning tools, oblique imagery, and street-level panoramas. User management offers an admin backend with role-based access control for maps, layers, and attributes, plus OIDC and LDAP authentication. The plugin architecture enables customization of functionality, appearance, and localization with multi-tenancy support. Deployment options include a standalone static build via npm or the full qwc-services Docker stack with microservices for authentication, editing, search, and printing. The project is developed under the QGIS organization with a BSD-2-Clause license.
