## Description

Proxyscotch is a lightweight proxy server built for the Hoppscotch API development ecosystem. It allows the browser-based Hoppscotch client to send requests to local or private network endpoints that would otherwise be blocked by CORS policies. The software can run as a desktop system tray application on Linux, macOS, and Windows, or as a headless server for remote or containerized deployments. It supports access token authentication, CORS origin control, response redaction, and destination blocking via command-line flags or environment variables. A Docker image is published on Docker Hub. The project is written in Go and distributed under the MIT license.
