## Description

This database server serves as a source-available, fully compatible substitute for MongoDB Community Edition. It brings enterprise capabilities including LDAP and Kerberos authentication, AWS IAM and OIDC integration, data-at-rest encryption with multiple key-management backends, hot backup for replica sets, audit logging, log redaction, profiling rate limits, and an in-memory storage engine. You can deploy it via native Linux packages (Debian/Ubuntu, RHEL, Rocky, Amazon Linux), Docker, tarballs, or source builds. The codebase uses the Server Side Public License v1 and is maintained by Percona.
