## Description

OpenOlitor is a web-based, multilingual platform for Community Supported Agriculture (CSA), Solidarische Landwirtschaft (SOLAWI), and regional contract farming. It helps producers and consumers manage members, producers, subscriptions, delivery planning, harvest distribution, invoicing, and payment processing. The software includes an admin portal for organizers and a member portal for subscribers. Developed by an international team from Switzerland, Germany, Austria, and Italy, it is released under AGPL-3.0. Self-hosting options include Docker Compose, manual Linux installation, or managed cloud hosting via partners in Switzerland and Germany. The tech stack uses Scala (backend), AngularJS (frontend), MariaDB (database), and Minio (S3-compatible storage).
