## Description

Market Research Cockpit (mrd) is a real-time market dashboard for financial and industry research. It pulls live data from public endpoints into a React 19 frontend served by a Node.js proxy with in-memory caching. The single-screen UI shows major indices from China, Hong Kong, and US markets, commodities and crypto including gold, silver, copper, crude oil, and Bitcoin, US Treasury yields with historical curves back to 2001, sector heat rankings with drill-down, main-force money flow tracking, industry-chain panoramas covering semiconductors, AI compute, EV, robotics, and innovative drugs, an AI cockpit tracking 50+ LLM providers' token consumption via OpenRouter, LLM price competition panels with ~400 models, an earnings window with disclosure calendars and 12-quarter trends, a commodity prices page with futures and spot data, and a 7×24 financial news flash. It runs as a single process on port 3000, needs only Node.js 18+ and curl, and offers Docker, PWA desktop install, native macOS (Swift WKWebView), Android TV, and iOS Scripting app variants. The project is MIT-licensed, developed by Gavin's Lab, and the self-hosted edition stays free with no login required.
