## Description

IncidentRelay is a self-hosted platform for on-call management and incident response, built for SRE and DevOps teams. It ingests alerts from monitoring tools such as Prometheus Alertmanager, Grafana, Datadog, Zabbix, and AWS CloudWatch, then normalizes, routes, and groups them into incidents. The system provides on-call scheduling with rotations, overrides, and escalation policies, plus notification delivery through multiple chat platforms, email, and voice calls. It supports OIDC and SAML 2.0 single sign-on, browser and PWA push notifications, and an Event Orchestration engine for transforming and routing alerts before they reach responders. Deployment options include Docker Compose, Helm/Kubernetes, RPM packages, or manual systemd installation, with SQLite for small setups or PostgreSQL for larger ones. The project uses the Elastic License 2.0 (source-available), allowing self-hosted and internal use while requiring a commercial license for hosted-service offerings.
