家庭账房 (Family Ledger) is a self-hosted family wealth management application designed for households that want full control over their financial data. Instead of daily transaction logging, it uses a monthly snapshot model — each family member spends about 10 minutes per month entering account balances, and the system computes net worth trends, real returns adjusted for inflation (CPI/M2 baselines), and true annualized returns separating human-earned income from investment gains (XIRR/TWR). Key capabilities include: 10 account types (cash, stocks, funds, crypto, real estate, liabilities, insurance, etc.) with 16 built-in templates; fund look-through that breaks down public funds into actual stock/bond/cash holdings and SWICS industries; automatic daily valuation for stocks (Sina/Tencent), crypto (Binance/CoinGecko/Coinbase), precious metals (SGE/international), and off-exchange funds; AI-powered portfolio checkup across allocation, risk, liquidity, and returns with concrete rebalancing suggestions (LLM only interprets, never recommends products); multi-currency support (CNY/USD/HKD) with Frankfurter FX rates; optional expense analysis with Alipay/WeChat CSV import; financial goals (FIRE, education, emergency fund) with three-scenario projections; and a responsive UI that installs as an iOS PWA. Deployment is via Docker Compose (recommended, with GHCR images that work in mainland China) or systemd direct install on Linux/macOS. The app uses MySQL 8 for persistence, Spring Boot 3.3/Java 21 backend, Thymeleaf+HTMX frontend, and Spring Security with bcrypt+session cookies.
