## Description

ClipForge (formerly 带货剪手) is an open-source AI video generator built for e-commerce sellers. Upload a product image or paste a product link and it automatically extracts selling points, writes multiple script styles (including short-drama formats), preserves the product image without distortion, generates dynamic video shots with seamless transitions, adds voiceovers and subtitles, and exports platform-specific vertical videos. It runs entirely locally via Docker, desktop apps (Windows/macOS/Linux), or from source. A free tier uses royalty-free stock footage and Microsoft Edge TTS with local FFmpeg synthesis — no API keys required. For higher quality, users bring their own keys (BYOK) to 7 model platforms (30+ models) including Seedance 2.5, MiniMax H3, and Veo 3.1. Features include a dual-mode UI (beginner vs director), batch generation, hit-video cloning, MCP server for AI agents, CLI, and built-in compliance (AIGC labeling, ad-law keyword scanning). Data stays on the user's machine (SQLite + local files). Licensed AGPL-3.0.
