## Description

This platform helps businesses automate 24/7 customer service while keeping human agents available for complex issues. An AI chatbot learns from your knowledge base and handles routine questions, transferring to your team when needed. You can choose from multiple AI providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, and others using your own API keys. The system includes a visual workflow builder for designing conversation flows, native Shopify integration for e-commerce, a WordPress plugin, and AI-powered ticketing that investigates issues automatically. It connects to 9 messaging channels including web chat, WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, and email. Deployment uses Docker Compose with pre-built images, requiring PostgreSQL with pgvector and Redis. The core is Apache-2.0 licensed with commercial enterprise features available separately.
