## Description

Changerawr is a changelog management system (CMS) that lets developers write changelog entries once and publish them everywhere — as a public page on a custom domain, embeddable widgets for websites, email notifications to subscribers, and a headless REST API with SDKs and a CLI. It features a content editor with full revision history, AI-assisted writing, tags and versioning, passkey/OAuth2/SAML authentication, full-text search, and a Slack integration. The software runs on Node.js 24+ with PostgreSQL and is deployed via Docker Compose or manual build. It uses a custom Non-Commercial Open Source License that permits commercial use but prohibits selling the software itself. The project is production-ready with regular releases.
