## Description

A self-hosted AI receptionist that handles phone calls through OpenAI's Realtime API, delivering natural voice conversations without the lag of traditional transcription pipelines. It plugs into telephone networks using LiveKit and SIP providers such as Twilio or Telnyx. Business behavior is defined in YAML files — FAQs, routing rules, schedules, voice choice, and persona. One agent instance serves many businesses. It can forward callers to specific extensions, capture messages sent to files or webhooks, record and transcribe calls, expire old data automatically, schedule appointments via Google Calendar, switch languages mid-call, and play custom closed-office greetings. Requirements are Python 3.11+, an OpenAI key, a LiveKit instance, and a SIP trunk. Licensed AGPL-3.0; still in active development.
